Actress Ileana who was suppose to be present at the Audio Launch of the Movie Nanban Directed by Shankar was not seen in the occasion. Other Actors including Vijay, Jiiva, Srikanth. Sathyaraj and SJ Surya were present among the others.

Ileana plays the lead role opposite Vijay in the film. The movie is a remake of 3 Idiots(Hindi). The host of the show Actor Shiva who kept saying that Ileana will arrive shortly was in surprise when she didnt turn up for the event. This forced many to raise their eye-brows during the occasion.


However, later sources close to the actress clarified that lleana had already planned her trip to Coimbatore in advance and was excited to be there at the event. But due to constant night shoots for her Hindi Film "Burfee" left her exhausted and soon she ended up getting viral flu. Due to this she was not able to attend such an important event.
