The lead pair in the movie includes Siddharth and Amala Paul. The story is about how this pair break-up and other incidents in their life. KSY is produced by Sashikanth of YNOT STUDIOS. Sashikanth YNOT Studios has previously produced films like Tamil Padam and Va Quarter Cutting with both having Siva as its lead.

Music for the film is take care by Thaman. The movie is expected to hit the screes on this Valentine's Day.
