Actress Kajal Agarwal recently filed a petition in the court seeking a ban on a popular oil company. This is because the oil company which signed Kajal for a year to promote their product even after the signed period continue using her stills and name in their commercials in which she acted.
Even after many repeated requests from the Actress the company did not stop using her name which gave her no choice but to go for legal help.
On hearing her petition, the court division ordered the oil company not to use the actress’s name or stills anymore.
