Comedian, Actor, Singer Russell Edward Brand who is on the verge of getting a divorce with singer wife Katy Perry is set to make up to £20 million from his divorce as he is in the line for a 50/50 split of the couple's earnings in the 14months of their marriage. Since the couple didn't sign the pre-nuptial agreement when they married in Oct 2009, So under Californian law, he could be entitled to half of her fortune, reported a source.

Katy Perry is worth £28 M, a fortune that industry insiders said has rocked recently to at least £45 M.
